Who We Are

We are registered as CTA (Commodity Trading Advisor) with the NFA (National Futures Association): SES Ventures, LLC DBA Managed Forex Pro, NFA ID # 0384283.

	Sha Lu, Ph.D. (NFA ID: 0385786) is Co-founder and Managing Director of Managed Forex Pro. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. After some time trading futures and options himself, Dr. Lu realized he preferred the time freedom, flexibility and profit consistencies afforded by the use of professionally managed accounts. His subsequent quest of finding good performing managed forex accounts led to the start of Managed Forex Pro.
	Brett Steinberger, B.Sc. (NFA ID: 0386815) is Managed Forex Pro's Co-founder and Marketing Director. He began his first business, Import/Export, at age 20 during his senior year at Appalachian State University and has been an entrepreneur ever since, first as a Realty investor, then as a Teacher and in more recent years, as a Futures Day Trader. This last career led him to study and then invest in managed forex accounts. Mr. Steinberger works full time with his partners in Managed Forex Pro. He is 42 years old and has a 2 year old son.
	Ryan Carbrey, B.Sc. (NFA ID: 0387091) is the Director of Customer Support and Co-Director of Marketing at Managed Forex Pro. At age 18, before entering Texas A & M, he conceived of, built and ran a highly lucrative online affiliate marketing business ranked #1 in its category. While working full time at Managed Forex Pro, Mr. Carbrey graduated from Texas A&M university with a degree in econonmics with a emphasis on econometrics. His active interest and investments in managed forex began in March 2006.

At Managed Forex Pro our primary goal is to provide our clients with profitable, stable managed accounts that fit a wide range of risk and financial objectives. We achieve this by applying rigorous due diligence measures to verify the trader's records. Additionally, we apply even more measures by investing our own money to track and further verify the results in our own live managed accounts. We maintain our own test managed accounts for 2-6 months before offering these to our clients. We continue to closely monitor all trades to ensure the safety and growth of our own and our client's PAMM accounts.

What is a Commodity Trading Advisor?

A Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) is an individual or a firm, registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission(CFTC), that receives compensation for giving people advice on options, futures and the actual trading of managed futures accounts. Registration for CTAs is done through the National Futures Association, a self-regulated organization responsible for reviewing and accepting registrations.
